Tate’s always loved everything about meat since he was a young boy who grew up in the country. He even called his fist dog MEAT! The passion has only grown wilder as the meat industrty has evolved into what it is today and the choices we all have to eat premium quality ethically cultured produce. Being of German background this has only added to the spice in Tates blood for butchery.
Tate has two gorgeous children who he adores, the fact he can share his love for uppercuts and all its produce with them is a bonus. His favourite pastime is taking his beloved boxer Lula on long walks and runs. Tate’s wife Tania also shares every bit of his passion coming from an Italian family where naturally food is life. Together they have brought their dream to life and continue to build on it everyday.
